Shipping & Processing

All orders are shipped via USPS. Please allow 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday) for processing. Once we ship your order off, it is now in the hands of the carrier, please refer to the carrier for any lost and/or stolen packages. For tracking information please enter your tracking number into the USPS website for the most up to date information. LV Freshies! is not liable for any lost or stolen packages. On occasion, carriers may mark your package as delivered early. Please reach out to them for a find my package or lost package request. Please ensure you are filling out correct shipping information when placing orders so your order will be delivered promptly. If an order is sent back to us due to incorrect shipping information, the customer has to pay for additional shipping fees. LV Freshies! is not responsible for additional shipping costs due to an incorrect address.

If your merchandise arrives damaged due to transit please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a picture of the merchandise in the package as it arrived.
